THE ROLE
This is a high-visibility Executive Assistant role supporting two senior Partners, with additional light-touch support to their wider teams. They are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an environment with shifting priorities, is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex and ever-changing calendar management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Managing expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Scheduling and coordinating high-volume meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Providing light-touch support to a broader team as needed
- Acting as a central point of coordination across teams
- Handling general administrative responsibilities and ad hoc requests
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative Executive Assistant with a positive, team-first approach and strong emotional intelligence, who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Key requirements:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within private equity or professional services (required)
- Proven experience supporting multiple individuals, including senior executives / Partners
- Experience supporting a broader team of ~8+ professionals
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing demands

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $105K–$120K base salary (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus
