Executive Assistant to Keith Yackey

Keith Yackey is a relationship coach, author, and entrepreneur best known for The Married Game — a men’s coaching program dedicated to helping husbands show up powerfully in their marriages. He is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to keep his personal and professional world running smoothly so he can stay focused on coaching, content, and his clients.

This is a 1099 contractor role averaging 5–10 hours per week, with flexibility built in. The right person thrives on variety, can manage a fast-moving schedule without losing the details, and takes real pride in running a tight operation.

Day-to-Day Operations

• Review Keith’s calendar each morning (or the night before) and flag conflicts or gaps
• Send Keith daily strategy call details pulled from his email — client name, time, and phone/Zoom info
• Monitor and triage Keith’s email inbox; file, star urgent items, and draft replies using his voice
• Check social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) daily; respond to DMs and comments, and reach out to 10 new prospective clients per day
• Post video reels provided by the videographer to TikTok with correct captions and hashtags
• Update the Married Game Prospects sales sheet after each strategy call
• Manage incoming packages — track deliveries and pick them up from Keith’s residence before bringing them to the office

Office Upkeep

• Stock drinks, snacks, ice, and cleaning supplies on a regular schedule
• Maintain the office space — organized, clean, and ready for calls or events
• Set up the tech for Zoom calls (computer, microphone, lights, iPad in Sidecar mode) and manage breakout rooms, timers, and spotlight during live sessions
• Coordinate bi-weekly cleaning crew scheduling

Events & Travel

• Book all travel (flights, hotels, private drivers) for Keith and his family — always first class, 4-diamond or above, suite rooms
• Lead coordination for Married Game events: registration pages, food orders, party bus, ice bath setup, room prep, and client communications
• Pre-plan restaurant reservations and VIP arrangements for date nights and client dinners

Health & Supplements

• Refill Keith’s weekly supplement containers every Monday (Day, Night, and Gummies boxes)
• Coordinate blood work orders through LifeExtension.com every 6 weeks and schedule the appointment

Weekly Meetings

You’ll meet with Keith every Tuesday and Thursday at 12pm at the Dana Point office to debrief the week and align on upcoming priorities. Topics include travel, events, social media, client outreach, podcast, and anything else on his plate. Come prepared with notes and a running task list.

• Hyper-organized and detail-obsessed — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
• Proactive — you anticipate needs before being asked
• Excellent written and verbal communicator who can represent Keith professionally
• Comfortable with a wide variety of tasks, from tech setup to restaurant reservations to picking up packages
• Discreet and trustworthy with access to personal and professional information
• Based in or near Dana Point / Orange County, CA — regular in-person presence required
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Zoom; quick to adapt to new tools

• Experience supporting a high-profile individual or entrepreneur
• Familiarity with Canva, Warrior App, or Typeform
• Background in event coordination or personal assistant work
• Passion for personal development, relationships, or the men’s coaching space

Engagement type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Hours: 5–10 hours per week (some weeks more during events)

Compensation: $1,000/month

Location: Hybrid — some remote, regular in-person time at the Dana Point office and occasional visits to Keith’s residence
