Thirty Three Group is a female lead team with 25+ years of experience in deal making, consulting and advisory in the retail/F&B space. We represent tenants and institutional landlords locally in Los Angeles and across the country. We also provide consulting and advisory services to ownership groups both locally and nationally.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the CEO and Founder of our company and play a pivotal role in retail deals and consulting assignments. We are a highly creative group and are looking for someone who likes to contribute ideas and think on their feet. In this role you will be exposed to both the inner workings of brokerage as well as running a business and will work among leaders in the field and best in class clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and leadership support to the CEO and Founder
- Draft, redline and finalize offer letters using Microsoft Word
- Manage executive calendar/schedule; schedule and organize meetings and events
- Coordinate travel, flights, hotels and car services
- Act as a project manager for special projects at the request of the executives
- Track closed deals and maintain records
- Prepare exclusive listing agreements, commission agreements, surveys and site submittals using pre-established templates
- Manage the production of real estate pitch decks
- Help oversee the marketing pipeline
Requirements
- Must have 3 years of administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Must be local to Los Angeles
- Requires minimal supervision, detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, quick learner, dynamic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Digitally native; experience using Google Sheets and Dropbox
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
- Real estate experience / interest in real estate, hospitality, or retail is a plus
- Knowledge of LA area is a huge plus
- Familiarity with contracts is a plus
- Highly organized self-starter
