Position Summary


The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted resource to the company's four Partners.


This individual will help execute special projects, coordinate hiring initiatives, support administrative functions, assist with research and reporting, contribute to employee satisfaction initiatives, and help maintain an exceptional office environment.


Success in this role requires exceptional organization, a positive attitude, sound judgment, strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.


Responsibilities


Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling for company leadership.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
  • Assist with correspondence, presentations, reports, and documentation.
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they become issues.


Hiring & Talent Support

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire preparation.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and training initiatives.
  • Help maintain hiring records and organizational systems.


Research & Special Projects

  • Conduct market, company, industry, and competitive research.
  • Assist leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Gather information, organize findings, and provide recommendations.
  • Support process improvement efforts across the organization.


Office & Employee Experience

  • Help maintain a workplace environment that employees genuinely enjoy.
  • Coordinate office events, celebrations, and employee recognition efforts.
  • Assist with facility, vendor, and office management needs.
  • Help ensure employees have the tools, resources, and support necessary to succeed.


Administrative Operations

  • Organize files, records, and company documentation.
  • Support reporting, tracking, and project coordination efforts.
  • Assist with vendor relationships and administrative processes.
  • Handle a variety of personal and professional requests on behalf of leadership.
