Executive Assistant


LHH is partnering with an organization in Bethesda, MD to provide temporary Executive Assistant support for a senior leadership. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized, and adaptable administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting senior-level executives.


Location: Bethesda, MD (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Duration: Through August 2026 (with potential to extend)

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: $27-$35 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full executive support for EVP and interfacing with team of ~30 reports
  • Calendar management, meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and capturing meeting summaries
  • Travel coordination: flights, hotels, and monthly travel itineraries (training guide and preferences provided)
  • Expense reporting and receipt collection
  • Mail handling and distribution for the team
  • Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed
  • Ensure smooth operations during the executive’s leave, maintaining efficiency and organization

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative or EA experience, including support for C-suite or senior-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment without becoming flustered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with sales-focused teams
  • Ability to pick up tasks quickly and work independently
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and reliability
  • Sociable, approachable, and adaptable personality
  • Calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in finance or large teams a plus
