Our client, a global Real Estate asset manager with over $600 billion in assets under management, and a 120-year history, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. The position is based on site in downtown Manhattan.


Job Details

  • Provide general administrative assistance to multiple executives
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules in Outlook
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in Concur
  • Manage complex travel itineraries and maintain travel documents
  • Create and edit PowerPoints, incorporating graphs, images, and charts
  • Maintain detailed Excel reports and Word documents
  • Pay Rate Range: $45-50 per hour, based on experience
  • Time Commitment: Approximately 4-6 months


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years’ Executive Assistant experience, with preferred background in finance, real estate, or other professional services
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook calendar management
  • Experience with expense management software, such as Concur
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great eye for detail and sharp proofreader
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize sound judgement
