Supports executive management (i.e., CEO, President, Executive Vice President), particularly in mid-size to large organizations. This role has a strong emphasis on calendar management and scheduling virtual meetings and requires experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams.


Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars and schedule virtual meetings.

Support executive management, including CEOs, Presidents, and Executive Vice Presidents.

Make travel and meeting arrangements.

Screen calls and communications.

Compose letters and reports.
