Event Coordinator – North America

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to support our Client the planning and delivery of high‑quality events across the US and Canada. This role sits within a global Marketing & Communications team and supports product launches, industry events, client and broker engagements, conferences, and virtual events.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan and deliver in‑person and virtual events aligned to brand and business objectives
  • Manage invitations, vendors, venues, and event logistics
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to execute the annual event strategy
  • Track budgets, timelines, KPIs, and event ROI
  • Ensure events meet internal policies and regulatory requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • 0-1 year of event coordination or related experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly organized
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
