Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estimator position located in Broomfield, CO. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate project estimates, analyzing project specifications, reviewing architectural plans, and coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure successful project executions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed project documentation, sourcing and managing material costs, identifying potential risks, and presenting cost estimates and proposals to stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with the wider team and consistent communication with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
