Inside Sales Representative
Van Alstyne, TX (Near McKinney / North Dallas)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join a growing equipment dealership team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in equipment sales, agriculture, construction, industrial products, or customer-facing sales environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers with equipment, parts, and product inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with sales quotes, orders, and follow-ups
- Maintain customer information and sales activity in CRM systems
- Coordinate with service and parts departments to support customers
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
- Help drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales, counter sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in agriculture, heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial, automotive parts, or turf equipment industries is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-service mindset
