Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, Culver City area)

Compensation Range: $100K

Who You Are

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the most important relationships in the business. You will act as a strategic partner for a focused portfolio of enterprise customers, guiding them through the full lifecycle of their capital raise—from kickoff through close and into future campaigns.

This is a proactive, relationship-driven role where you will lead program execution, manage cross-functional teams, and build long-term partnerships with high-value clients.


What You’ll Do

Executive Relationship Leadership

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner across the full lifecycle
  • Build executive-level trust and lead onboarding, kickoff, and governance alignment
  • Ensure a seamless and confident customer experience throughout

Program Delivery Leadership

  • Own overall program success across cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate with Implementation, Marketing, and Support teams
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, and expectations

Campaign Milestone Execution

  • Drive key campaign milestones such as account planning, launch readiness, and closing strategies
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across all phases

Escalation and Issue Management

  • Identify risks early and manage escalations effectively
  • Resolve issues within defined SLAs while maintaining strong client relationships

Repeat Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for renewals and expansion
  • Provide qualified leads and insights to Account Executives
  • Foster referrals through strong relationship management

  • Generation of referrals and repeat business


What Skills You Need
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Customer Success (B2B SaaS or tech environment preferred)
  • Experience managing executive-level (VP/C-suite) relationships
  • Strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and high-pressure situations
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments


Bonus Points
  • Experience in capital markets, private equity, or investment banking
  • Background in marketing services or campaign-driven environments
  • Familiarity with regulated industries or compliance environments

Work Model

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, requiring 3 days in-office (Culver City area) and alignment with Mountain Standard Time (MST) working hours.
