Role Description

Royal Cyber seeks an AI Account Manager for a full-time on-site role in St Petersburg, Florida. The AI Account Manager will focus on managing customer relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering customized AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining proactive client communication, identifying new business opportunities, driving client satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, and overseeing project implementation to ensure alignment with client objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who excels at providing tailored solutions while fostering long-term client partnerships.

  • Strong account management and client relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in identifying business opportunities, client needs, and AI solution positioning
  • Experience with AI technologies, digital transformation projects, or cloud-based solutions
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of technology consultancy processes and enterprise-level IT deployments
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with technical solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor who can translate client challenges into actionable solution themes.

  • Identify white-space opportunities across the client landscape, including:
  • AWS cloud modernization
  • Application modernization
  • Data engineering and analytics
