Our client is looking for a results-driven Sales Professional to manage and grow commercial business accounts by offering internet, video, and voice solutions tailored to mid-sized and large organizations.

Role Overview

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering compelling sales presentations. You will work collaboratively with internal teams while actively developing your assigned territory through strategic prospecting and networking efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote a portfolio of business solutions through in-person client meetings and tailored proposals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, and local networking initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively in the market.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and regular reporting.
  • Engage with customers off-site, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and an excellent customer experience.

Technical & Functional Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, VPN, and internet technologies
  • Familiarity with voice and data solutions, including VoIP systems
  • Awareness of network infrastructure components and business continuity concepts
