Known for their rope‑access expertise and strong safety culture, they help power plants, manufacturers, and industrial sites keep critical equipment operating reliably and efficiently.


Location: Atlanta, GA- 100% remote with 50% travel


Job Description:


The Senior Account Executive will focus on hunting new business, expanding relationships with key industrial customers, and supporting revenue growth across target accounts. This role requires engaging both plant‑level and corporate stakeholders while partnering internally with estimating, operations, engineering, and leadership to support inspections, projects, outages, and long‑term agreements.


Success in this position requires navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder industrial sales, managing long sales cycles, and delivering technical, solution‑driven value. Candidates should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving sales organization where processes, KPIs, and territories continue to mature.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop industrial relationships — Build and grow strong relationships across large industrial organizations at both plant and corporate levels.
  • Pursue new business — Identify and win new logo opportunities across manufacturing, energy, cement, paper, and related sectors.
  • Drive enterprise sales — Lead multi‑site, enterprise‑level efforts including MSAs, framework agreements, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally — Work closely with estimating, engineering, operations, and leadership throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage complex sales cycles — Navigate long, multi‑stakeholder industrial sales cycles (6–18 months) with professionalism and strong communication.
  • Build and maintain pipeline — Maintain a healthy pipeline, qualify opportunities (RFIs/RFPs), and support proposals and follow‑ups.
  • Travel for customer engagement — Regularly travel within the territory for meetings, site visits, and relationship development.


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base Salary: $80k - $85k
  • Uncapped variable compensation tied to new business development, account growth, and project revenue generation.
  • Projected Year One Earnings: $150k – $160k
