Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle California labor & employment litigation matters
  • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal research
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
  • Manage employment-related disputes including wage & hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters
  • Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams across offices


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of California labor & employment experience
  • Strong litigation and legal writing skills
  • Experience handling employment-related disputes in California
  • California Bar admission required


Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $300,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
