• Intake and investigation, including discovery and case development:
o Draft and respond to discovery requests;
o Conduct witness interviews;
o Coordinate document collection and review; and
o Create chronologies.
• Motion practice, including drafting motions, opposing motions and arguing in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Trial preparation & trial
Position Requirements:
We are a boutique law firm looking to hire an attorney to work in our employment department. Our employment attorneys have successfully litigated and tried cases in every forum, including federal and state courts and arbitration. Our attorneys have previously practiced at some of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Los Angeles, where they litigated “bet-the-company” cases on behalf of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurs and individuals.
