A nationally recognized labor & employment litigation firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing Orange County office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes workplace litigation, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA matters, and complex single-plaintiff employment disputes.


Attorneys in this practice receive meaningful litigation responsibility early, including client interaction, depositions, mediations, and courtroom exposure while working alongside experienced employment litigators.


The Opportunity:

• Handle wage & hour class action and PAGA litigation

• Defend single-plaintiff employment cases

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case strategy

• Work closely with experienced litigators on sophisticated matters


Qualifications:

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience

• Experience in employment litigation, wage & hour, class actions, or PAGA preferred

• Defense experience preferred, plaintiff-side welcomed

• Active California Bar admission required

• Strong writing and advocacy skills


Compensation & Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $200,000 - Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
