Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + small annual bonus

Job Description
A law firm specializing in community association law is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its growing team in St. Petersburg, FL. This well-established and family‑friendly firm represents a large client base of condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ associations and offers an excellent environment for professional development.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self‑starter with strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills. Attorneys with HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking experience are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience will be considered, and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance to condominium, townhome, and homeowners’ association clients
- Draft and review contracts, governing documents, resolutions, and opinion letters
- Advise boards on general operational, compliance, and governance matters
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
- Communicate professionally with clients, management companies, and board members
- Support the firm’s growing client base with a high level of service
Qualifications
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing (required)
- 1–2+ years of experience in HOA, civil litigation, real estate, or banking law (preferred)
- Strong writing, drafting, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working mostly in-office in St. Petersburg, with hybrid flexibility after training
