We are looking for skilled individuals to fill several key roles in our production facility. If you have a keen eye for detail and a background in precision assembly, we want to hear from you.

1. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembler / Solderer

Role Summary: Responsible for the manual assembly and soldering of components onto printed circuit boards according to specific manufacturing instructions.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform high-quality hand soldering for through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components.

    • Interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accurate component placement.

    • Conduct rework tasks using hot air soldering and desoldering tools when necessary.

  • Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in PCB assembly and hand soldering (typically 2+ years).

    • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 soldering standards is highly preferred.

    • Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small electronic parts.

2. Cable and Harness Assembler

Role Summary: Focused on the fabrication and integration of complex wiring harnesses and cables for high-performance systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform precision micro-soldering under a microscope for sub-miniature components and connectors.

    • Execute wire routing, stripping, and crimping by hand or machine.

    • Fabricate electronic cables and wiring harnesses to strict customer specifications.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proven expertise in intricate micro-soldering under a microscope.

    • Experience using test and measurement equipment like light microscopes.

    • Ability to handle delicate components without causing damage.

3. Pick & Place (SMT) Technician

Role Summary: Responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of automated Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machinery.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Set up and operate SMT pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.

    • Load components onto machine feeders and verify parts against machine settings and parts lists.

    • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments to component placement or settings.

    • Conduct routine maintenance, such as cleaning nozzles, to ensure equipment precision.

  • Qualifications:

    • Previous experience operating automated SMT machinery in a manufacturing environment.

    • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and processing documentation.

    • Proficiency in identifying SMT components and performing basic troubleshooting on equipment.
