Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler
Job Description

The Wire Harness Assembler will be responsible for building cable assemblies and wire harnesses used in a manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on experience with cable and harness fabrication and the ability to work independently as a self-starter within a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cable and wire harnesses.
  • Perform crimping, cutting, stripping, and soldering of wires.
  • Assemble and work with various connectors.
  • Follow manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
  • Maintain quality and consistency in workmanship.
Essential Skills
  • Hands-on experience in assembly and soldering.
  • Proficiency in mechanical production using hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Experience with cable building and electronic assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Familiarity with connectors and crimping techniques.
  • Understanding of wiring and harness fabrication.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with core hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including a daily stand-up meeting at 8:00 AM. Employees may choose to work either from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime is unlikely but may be required occasionally.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niceville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
