Title: Electrical Engineer (3 different openings > Electrical Test, Integration or Generalists)


Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
  • Experience with PCB design and layout using Altium
  • Hands-on experience using lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and electronic loads to set up, test, and troubleshoot boards
  • Solid understanding of electronics at the board level, including sensor inputs, analog‑to‑digital converters, signal injection, and software integrated onto the board
  • Experience working with microcontrollers or microprocessors, with boards that typically include Ethernet connectivity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Plusses

  • Experience using EMI/EMC simulation tools such as ANSYS or CST Microwave Studio
  • Familiarity with common high-speed and standard interfaces (MIPI, DisplayPort, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB, etc.)
  • Experience conducting field testing and real-world EMC assessments
  • Background supporting defense, aerospace, or mission-critical electronic systems
  • Experience supporting products through full lifecycle compliance, from early design through qualification


Day-to-Day Job Duties

  • Conduct EMI/EMC testing and analysis on electronic systems and components
  • Drive product maturity through rapid prototyping, design verification, and qualification activities
  • Develop and implement design strategies to mitigate EMI/EMC risks early in the development cycle
  • Partner with cross-functional hardware and systems teams to ensure EMC requirements are embedded during design
  • Identify program-level EMI/EMC risks and define mitigation strategies using modeling, simulation, or experimental testing
  • Create and maintain test plans, compliance documentation, and technical reports
  • Develop and review PCB designs, schematics, and block diagrams in support of system-level integration
  • Stay current on evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support field testing and assessments to validate performance in real-world operating environments
  • Work across multiple concurrent programs while maintaining a high level of technical rigor
