Reports To: Sr. Director of Marketplaces


Position Overview:


The Ecommerce Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of Lolë’s digital commerce operations across owned and marketplace channels. This role helps coordinate promotional planning, email and SMS execution, site updates, and marketplace support to deliver a consistent brand experience and drive online sales. The ideal candidate would be comfortable working with a paid media agency to support google & meta.


Working closely with the Sr. Director of Marketplaces and cross-functional partners, this person helps maintain the promotional calendar, supports marketplace content and operations, and assists with merchandising across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build experience across ecommerce operations, digital marketing coordination, and cross-channel merchandising.


Key Responsibilities


Promotional Planning and Calendar Support


  • Support the promotional calendar across DTC, Amazon, and TikTok Shop in coordination with marketing and merchandising teams.
  • Help coordinate seasonal launches, sales events, and capsule drops by tracking timing, creative assets, and offer details.
  • Monitor promotional results and compile basic performance recaps for leadership.


Email and SMS Coordination


  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to help execute email and SMS campaigns that support product stories, seasonal themes, and brand moments.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars, asset deadlines, and trafficking details to keep sends on time and on brand.
  • Support segmentation and lifecycle messaging efforts to improve engagement and repeat purchase.


Marketplace Operations


  • Assist with day-to-day Amazon and TikTok Shop operations, including listings, content updates, promotions, and inventory coordination.
  • Help maintain storefront presentation, A+ content, and product detail quality.
  • Track marketplace performance and flag issues or opportunities to the Sr. Director of Marketplaces.


Site Merchandising and Content

  • Manage routine site merchandising tasks such as collection updates, product placement, and content refreshes.
  • Support product uploads, launch timing, and QA in partnership with creative and tech teams.
  • Monitor site performance and share observations with leadership.


Cross-Channel Merchandising Support


  • Help maintain a consistent merchandising approach across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and wholesale touchpoints.
  • Coordinate product launches and content rollouts so customers experience a unified Lolë brand across channels.
  • Support assortment alignment and product availability with merchandising and planning partners.


Cross-Functional Coordination


  • Work closely with marketing, design, planning, and customer service to keep digital priorities aligned.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination to help ensure consistency of voice, visuals, and offers.


Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of ecommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or marketplace experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or a brand-led consumer business.
  • Experience supporting email/CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or Attentive, and familiarity with Shopify.
  • Exposure to Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and/or TikTok Shop preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Strong written communication and an eye for brand voice, storytelling, and detail.
  • Organized, collaborative, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, and modern digital shopping behavior.


Nice to Have


  • Shopify Plus experience.
  • Basic reporting or analytics experience using ecommerce or CRM data.
  • Exposure to email segmentation, campaign trafficking, or marketplace content optimization.
