Requirements - Experience/Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Basic CRM knowledge or equivalent within ERP or custom software
  • Strong Excel experience (minimum requirement: proficiency with IF statements and XLOOKUP)
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Position Overview:

As Customer Care, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our Operations Supervisor and an exceptionally talented Inside Business Development Team at our Operations Support Center in Miramar, FL. Your mission is to build strong, emotional connections with our customers, ensuring their loyalty through timely, reliable support and consistent communication. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks like pricing analysis, EDI reporting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an in-depth training program at our headquarters in Miramar, FL
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills (IF statements and XLOOKUP proficiency required)
  • Utilize internal software to analyze customer history and trends
  • Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver results
  • Handle a high volume of telephone and email communications
  • Collaborate with Sales Team members to support client accounts
  • Conduct systematic follow-up through emails and phone calls
  • Maintain a high customer retention rate (75% or higher)
  • Uphold the company's integrity and vision
  • Stay knowledgeable about key account attributes
