We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers by delivering timely, accurate assistance near Schaumburg Illinois. This role focuses on managing orders, responding to inquiries, and resolving service-related issues with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling a high volume of calls and data entry, and able to build confidence with strong product knowledge and dependable follow-through.


Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000

Monday-Friday Onsite for the first 6 months, then hybrid 3 days in office 2 days wfh.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer and internal inquiries.

• Review customer concerns, identify the source of issues, and coordinate effective resolutions.

• Process and verify purchase orders each day.

• Generate and send invoices.

• Maintain sales-related records and update order information in company systems, including SAP, with close attention to detail.

• Support lead-related and sales assistance activities as assigned to help maintain strong customer relationships.

• Build working knowledge of product lines in order to answer questions.


Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing position.

• Ability to manage inbound calls, handle customer questions professionally, and provide effective issue resolution.

• Experience with order entry and processing, including strong accuracy in high-volume data entry tasks.

• Familiarity with SAP or comparable business systems used for order management and customer support.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

• Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to learn product details quickly and apply that knowledge during customer interactions.
