We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the team of a growing client. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries, providing product and service information, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The position is hybrid, with one day a week in the Novi office, after training is complete.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Resolve customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet established service and performance goals.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
