Title: Director of Strategy & Operations

Compensation: $100,000 base + Performance Incentives (OTE Y1- $140K+) + Full Benefits + 401(k) + Equity Potential

Role Overview:

Applicant should embrace working with AI tools. We’re looking for a smart, driven, and highly capable Director of Strategy & Operations to work directly with the CEO on high-impact initiatives across the business. This is a hybrid strategy and execution role — you’ll shape the big picture, then roll up your sleeves to make it happen. You’ll work across sales, operations, finance, and marketing to keep the company running at a high level and growing fast.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO to drive strategic priorities and operational improvements
  • Oversee cross-department initiatives, ensuring execution matches vision
  • Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Lead process improvements, automation, and scaling projects
  • Support sales and marketing with data insights, campaign tracking, and execution help
  • Step into any department to solve problems or fill gaps
  • Lead special projects — from product launches to market expansion


Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years in consulting, finance, startups, or high-growth companies
  • Strong grasp of business fundamentals — finance, sales, operations, marketing
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Resourceful, ambitious, and eager to grow into a senior leadership role


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary $150K–$200K, depending on experience
  • OTE $200K+ in Year 1 (performance incentives)
