I'm Samahria, CEO of Two Sisters Maid to Clean. We're a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, and Wilson counties across three locations (Murfreesboro, Nashville, Franklin). We're in the middle of an exciting expansion, and I need a Director of Operations who can help turn vision into reality.
What You'll Do:
This isn't about maintaining the status quo. You'll be building the infrastructure for scale.
- Extract & Systematize: Shadow me for 60-90 days to pull processes out of my head and turn them into documented, repeatable systems
- Build Operations That Scale: Create the framework that takes us from where we are to where we're going — smoothly
- Bridge Vision & Execution: Translate big-picture strategy into day-to-day operations that actually work
- Lead Through Growth: Manage operational priorities, solve problems before they become fires, and keep the team moving forward
- Own the Chaos: Thrive in ambiguity, create order from disorder, and build as you go
You're Probably the Right Fit If:
- You're a self-starter who sees what needs to happen and makes it happen — no hand-holding required
- You have experience in SMB or residential services and understand the unique challenges of scaling service-based businesses
- You're confident making tough calls and having difficult conversations
- You look at a messy, growing operation and think "I can fix that" instead of feeling overwhelmed
- You want to build something, not just manage what's already there
- You thrive on problem-solving and get energy from creating systems that work
