About Sterling Forever

Sterling Forever is a fast-growing affordable luxury jewelry brand built on trend-driven product, high-volume content, and performance marketing. Content is a core revenue driver for our business, not a support function.

  • Structure partnerships for output and performance
  • Maintain consistent weekly creator content volume

Lead the Creative Team

  • Manage photographers, videographers, editors, and freelancers
  • Set expectations and enforce deadlines

  • Partner with paid team on creative strategy

Build Systems & Workflow

  • Design and improve content workflows
  • Own content calendar across platforms
  • Track what’s planned, in progress, and blocked
  • Use tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar

Hands-On Execution

  • Step into production gaps when needed (shoot/edit/direct)
  • Comfortable producing iPhone and professional camera content

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 5–8+ years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience required
  • Proven experience managing people and creative teams
  • Deep experience in end-to-end content production
  • Pre-production
  • Production
  • Post-production
  • Strong marketing background (performance-focused mindset)
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-output environment

Technical Skills

  • Comfortable shooting photo and video (iPhone + camera)
  • Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and production
  • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
  • Photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop)
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (Later, Sprout, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)

  • Consistent, high-volume content output
  • Clear systems that keep production running smoothly
  • Strong creator pipeline delivering weekly content
  • Measurable growth across TikTok & Instagram
  • Team hitting deadlines without constant oversight

This Role Is Not

  • Not a coordinator role
  • Not purely creative direction
  • Not brand-only / aesthetic-focused

This is a performance-driven, execution-heavy leadership role.
