JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a manufacturing operations manager to support a high tech manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations to meet or exceed performance targets and business objectives. Report regularly to senior leadership on operational metrics and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead continuous improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain high standards of workplace organization and cleanliness. Oversee the development and implementation of robust operational processes and procedures. Ensure team members are properly trained, supported, and motivated. Recruit, train, and develop staff while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Lead production planning and scheduling to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to drive innovation. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers and customers. Engage in ongoing professional development as required. Perform additional duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Compensation: $130,000 to $160,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
