This role will serve as a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for building scalable operational processes to support continued growth across retail, eCommerce, distributor, and marketplace channels

.Key Responsibilitie
- sLead all aspects of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistic
- sDrive and improve the S&OP process, inventory planning, forecasting, and supply alignmen
- tManage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement strateg
- yOversee internal production operations and external co-manufacturing partner
- sOptimize ERP utilization, MRP planning, and operational processe
- sLead warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and customer delivery performanc
- eDevelop and mentor a growing operations tea
- mDrive cost savings, service improvements, and operational scalabilit
- yPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Quality, and Marketing team
sIdeal Backgroun
- d10+ years of operations or supply chain leadership experience within CPG, food, or related industrie
- sExperience across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistic
- sStrong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and S&O
- PExperience managing co-packers, third-party logistics providers, and international supplier
- sKnowledge of retail and distributor supply chains, including large national account
- sStrong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skill
- sExperience working in high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
