About the Company



Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of the clinical operations of in support of policies, goals and objectives established by and with the CAO. The Director of Clinical Operations reports directly to the CAO. Directly supervises all of the clinical team managers and program managers, the supplies coordinator and the team support specialists, schedulers and clinical coordinators. Orients and develops managers with a focus on monitoring of quality and appropriateness of services and products. Acts as a role model and resource for middle management staff. Develops patient care staffing plans to assure maintenance of appropriate staffing levels. Participates in the hiring, evaluation and termination of professional and clinical support staff.

Qualifications



  • Completion of a master’s degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy or nursing from an accredited college; three years of community health experience with a Medicare-certified home health agency preferred, including at least one year in a managerial capacity; OR Completion of a baccalaureate degree; three years of community health experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency preferred, including at least three years in a managerial capacity.
  • Possession of, or eligibility for, a license or valid work letter as a physical therapist, occupational therapist or registered nurse as issued by the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Board of Nursing.
  • Current, comprehensive knowledge of the home health care industry and the nursing profession.

Preferred Skills



  • Experience in a Medicare-certified home health agency.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in home health care.



Pay range and compensation package



$150,000 - $160,000 plus bonus
