Director of Nursing

Are you a Registered Nurse / RN with leadership experience in an inpatient setting? We are seeking a RN Director to oversee multiple units to include Medical, Surgical , and Rehab units to work in Stillwater, OK.

• Base pay: $103,040 -$154,560 a year , Based on experience

What you will be doing as the Registered Nurse / RN Director :

• Setting: Inpatient – Medical Center
• Typical staffing Ratio: 1:5
• Job Shift: 8 hour Days
• The Director is responsible for setting goals and vision for two or more services, implementation of regulatory standards and assist with strategic planning of Patient Services department. The Director has a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Medical, Rehab, Surgical unit responsibilities.
• This is a leadership exempt role with 24/7 responsibility to our patients and our team

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse / RN Director:

• BSN required, Masters Preferred
• Active and Clear Registered Nursing License in the state of OK
• Current CPR car or completion within 30 days of employment
• Min 5 years experience with inpatient nursing supervision
• 2 years experience as Director overseeing multiple departments
