Assistant Director of Nursing

Assistant Director of Nursing needed for a 67-bed senior living facility in Winston Salem, NC. This person will assist with the development and maintenance of nursing service objectives, standards, policies, procedures; help implement these programs, policies and procedures; and administer specific assigned areas of responsibility, including quality assurance, staff development, recruitment, hiring, orientation and payroll.

Requirements:

• Healthcare management experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a geriatric long-term care setting preferred
• Active Registered Nurse license
• BLS
