Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour

Shift: Days

Weekly Gross: $4,409/week

Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $110/hour

Required Skills & Certifications:

• BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
• Current RN license (Minnesota)
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in long-term care
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of staff training, scheduling, and quality assurance
