Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) leader to oversee home infusion nursing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality infusion therapy in the home setting, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the clinical competency and development of nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the orientation, supervision, and ongoing competency validation of home infusion nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, and organizational standards
- Oversee the implementation of physician-ordered plans of care, including infusion therapies, vascular access device management, and patient education
- Ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling based on patient census, geographic coverage, and acuity
- Conduct routine clinical record audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with infusion therapy standards
- Monitor adherence to infection control practices, medication administration protocols, and infusion-related policies and procedures
- Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI/CQI) initiatives specific to home infusion services
- Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, and referral sources to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Serve as a clinical resource for complex infusion therapies and troubleshooting in the field
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and referral partners to support continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of at least 3 years of nursing experience, with preference for home infusion, specialty infusion, or home health experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of infusion therapy, vascular access devices, and patient education in the home setting
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: $99,237.08 - $130,000.00 per year
