Director of Nursing – Ambulatory Surgery Center

Growing outpatient surgery center seeking a hands-on clinical leader to oversee daily operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced ASC nursing professional with a background in orthopedic and pain management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of the surgery center
• Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, risk management, and staff education programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Support efficient clinical operations and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Oversee nursing care delivery and patient safety initiatives
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of ASC experience
• Strong experience in Pre-Op, PACU, and Circulating
• Previous OR Manager, Nurse Manager, or Supervisory experience required
• Experience with orthopedic and pain management cases
• Infection Prevention experience preferred
• BSN required
• Active RN license
• Advanced OR certification preferred
