Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of ASC management experience. Open to someone earlier in their career as long as if they have direct ASC experience.
- Preferred: RN background so this person can have clinical oversight. Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, ASC Administrator or Assistant ASC Administrator. Is collaborative with the clinical team.
- Entrepreneurial and gritty mindset. Can review P&L and identify potential opportunities for improvement.
- Experience maintaining staff morale and can facilitate a smooth transition.
- Experience leading growth initiatives, such as converting the third OR into a procedure room.
- Is very personable and can build rapport and trust with their team.
