Director, IT Infrastructure Services
We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure leader to oversee enterprise technology operations within a large, complex healthcare environment. This role is responsible for the strategy, performance, and reliability of core infrastructure platforms supporting clinical and business operations.
The Director will lead infrastructure teams across networking, cloud and data center operations, server/storage platforms, endpoint services, and enterprise systems support. This individual will drive modernization initiatives, improve operational performance, strengthen infrastructure security, and ensure high availability across critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise infrastructure operations and technical support teams
- Oversee network, cloud, server, storage, desktop, and data center environments
- Drive infrastructure modernization, scalability, and operational improvements
- Partner with cybersecurity, application, and business teams on strategic initiatives
- Manage vendors, budgets, operational metrics, and service delivery
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and infrastructure security
- Mentor technical leaders and foster a high-performing team environment
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Strong background in enterprise infrastructure operations and strategy
- Experience with cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, and data center technologies
- Proven ability to lead large technical teams and complex enterprise initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and operational leadership skills
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
