We are currently working directly with a 50 person and growing Real Estate investment firm in Palm Beach, that’s looking to bring on an IT Manager to own and optimize their core technology stack (Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Sage Intacct, HubSpot). It’s a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you’d drive system integrations, manage vendors, and lead key technology initiatives across the business. Currently it's a 50 person organization. Looking for someone experienced in overseeing IT in a similar sized environment.
The Director of IT is a hands-on role responsible for leading and optimizing the firm’s technology infrastructure. This role combines IT administration, systems ownership, and project management, ensuring that all core platforms are aligned, integrated, and operating efficiently to support the company’s investment, development, and operational activities.
The Director of IT serves as the central point of accountability for all technology systems—managing internal needs, overseeing third-party vendors, and driving key technology initiatives that enhance scalability, reporting, and overall performance.
This is an on-site role. Requiring 5 days a week on-site in their Palm Beach office.
