Salary Range: $110,000–$150,000 base + performance bonus (up to 20%)

Location: Downtown Miami preferred (hybrid acceptable)


A fast-scaling, multi-brand CPG company in the functional, hemp, and regulated product space is seeking a Director of Growth & Brand Strategy to help lead the next phase of national expansion.

This role is ideal for a hands-on growth leader who blends strategy with execution and is excited to build scalable systems across acquisition, retention, and brand development.


About the Company

The business operates a growing portfolio of consumer brands across multi-state distribution, retail, and emerging regulated markets. With active expansion underway in Texas, Tennessee, and North Carolina, and future plans for New York recreational entry, the company is building structured leadership to support long-term national scale.


The team is lean, highly motivated, and fast-moving, with agency partners currently supporting paid media and email marketing initiatives.


The Role

As Director of Growth & Brand Strategy, you’ll own revenue-driven marketing initiatives across digital, retail, distribution, and product launches. This is not a content-only role—you’ll be responsible for performance, data-driven decision-making, and measurable growth across multiple brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
  • Manage and oversee external agency partners across paid media and email
  • Drive performance across key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel conversion
  • Lead product launch and go-to-market planning across new and existing brands
  • Apply SEO, analytics, and performance data to guide strategy and testing
  • Support growth initiatives within regulated markets and multi-state expansion


What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in growth, brand, or performance marketing leadership
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on execution ability
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, similar to a founder mentality
  • Experience scaling brands across regions or multiple states
  • Regulated industry experience (CPG, functional products, hemp, or similar) preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • $110,000–$150,000 base salary, based on experience
  • Performance bonus up to 20%
