Lead a high-impact manufacturing campus where your decisions shape safety, quality, delivery, and growth. My client is seeking a proven operations leader to elevate performance, strengthen culture, and drive continuous improvement across a complex production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all daily manufacturing operations and resource allocation
- Own KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, cost, yields, and productivity
- Build long-term operational maturity roadmaps and investment plans
- Champion Lean, 6S, Gemba, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support product launches and smooth scale-up to commercial production
- Develop managers, supervisors, and production teams
About You
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Polymerization experience preferred
- 10+ years of strong leadership presence with ability to inspire teams
- Skilled in ERP systems, Lean tools, and statistical problem solving
