Role Overview

Director, PMO - Manufacturing Operations / Strategy & Transformation will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence across the organization. This role blends strategic planning, program management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure key initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.

You will serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team—translating vision into execution, improving internal processes, and ensuring organizational priorities are clearly defined and tracked.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and operationalize company strategy
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes
  • Track and report on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams

Program & Project Management (PMO)

  • Establish and lead the PMO function, including frameworks, tools, and governance
  • Oversee cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, proactively driving resolution

Operational Excellence

  • Improve internal processes, workflows, and decision-making frameworks
  • Drive accountability through performance tracking and reporting dashboards
  • Lead business reviews, executive meetings, and follow-ups on key action items

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a liaison between engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across departments
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational scaling

Executive Support & Decision Enablement

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and insights
  • Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead special projects and high-priority initiatives on behalf of leadership


Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management
  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, PMO, or similar leadership role
  • Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred

  • Background in robotics, AI, SaaS, or deep tech industries
  • Experience scaling PMO functions or organizational processes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar
  • MBA or equivalent experience in strategy/consulting
