Role Description

We're a global luxury brand looking for a Digital Sales Operations Analyst to be the analytical engine behind our digital storefront. As we partner with Google and Samsung on smart eyewear, we're also thinking about where e-commerce is headed — and this role sits right at the center of our day-to-day digital business.

This is a hands-on, data-intensive role.

You'll own the numbers behind our U.S. and Canada websites and TikTok Shop — pulling and cleaning raw data, turning it into sales and product-performance insight, and using that insight to shape what shoppers see and buy. You'll thrive here if you come from a data or analytics background, have a genuine eye for aesthetics and a passion for fashion, and stay curious about where technology is taking retail. The ideal candidate is precise, fast-moving, and energized by keeping dozens of micro-level operations running smoothly while never losing sight of the bigger story the data is telling.

Responsibility:

Product Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Pull, clean, and analyze raw data from multiple platforms (website, TikTok Shop, and others) on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence — building live dashboards the team can act on.
  • Build and maintain product-performance reports — sell-through rates, conversion metrics, order-volume trends — to drive reordering, markdown, and merchandising decisions.
  • Partner with the Senior Digital Merchandising Analyst to identify top- and under-performing styles by channel, and to surface the why behind the numbers.
  • Assess campaign-level sales trends at the product level and work with Digital Marketing to refine product and launch strategy.
  • Monitor online data systems and deliver clear, strategic insight up to HQ and Head of E-commerce

Website Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Set up and continuously optimize product listings, categories, filters, and sorting logic across the U.S. and Canada websites.
  • Design and run A/B tests on product placement and visual merchandising; measure impact on conversion, engagement, and time-on-site.
  • Manage daily frontend operations across all digital channels — inventory adjustments, product rearrangements, pricing updates, and stock monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product launches, promotions, restocks, and visual storytelling to keep customers engaged on-site.
  • Monitor inventory using sell-through rates, order velocity, and return data to flag restock needs proactively.

Backend Monitor& Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Monitor daily operations and sales performance on TikTok Shop in coordination with our operations agency.
  • Oversee product flow and availability — warehouse-to-site transfers, backend system updates, and inventory-sync accuracy.
  • Work with SCM and 3PL teams to verify order status and follow up proactively on delayed or missing shipments.
  • Partner with Customer Service on escalated inquiries — order status, returns, exchanges, and product issues.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies between warehouse stock and system data, and lead resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital merchandising, data analytics, retail analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and working with large datasets.
  • Basic SQL knowledge with the ability to pull, manipulate, and analyze data; experience with eCommerce analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recurring operational tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and platforms.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Magento, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, retail, and consumer behavior is highly preferred.
