Work Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00

Start Date: ASAP

Pay rate: $21 - 23/hr on W2

Duration: 5 months, possibility to extend

Activities Description:

• 2+ year of expereince.
• IT Support on site, configuration or installation of computers, printers, peripherals.
• “Smart Hands” support to Network infrastructure, along with remote network administrators.
• Ticket management in ServiceNow system.
• End user or Network hardware replacement, as per defined life cycle.
• IT assets management (End user or Network hardware in storage room).
• Hardware disposal as per established procedures.
• Attention to final users (including VIPs).
