Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80907

Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2

Duration: 01-2 Months (Possibility of Extension)


The resource is expected to be available for the full duration of the project with no unplanned leaves, as this is a time‑sensitive assignment. The project duration may be extended, and we will provide a 5–8-day advance notice if an extension is required.


Description:

The responsibilities include assisting users with PC setup, installing required software, providing desk-side support to users' queries, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues.

Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, video conferencing equipment, and peripherals

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to network and computing devices, escalating when necessary



What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of IT support experience
  • Strong skills in hardware/software troubleshooting with OEMs
  • Knowledge of SCCM, Citrix, and workspace management platforms
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, ClientP/ClientSE, or OEM certs are a plus, not mandatory
  • Professional communication, punctuality, and customer-focused mindset
