We’re a design-driven manufacturing leader seeking a qualified Design Engineering Manager to join our growing team. This is a newly created role designed to support continued expansion and strengthen our engineering leadership.
In this position, you will oversee both the Design Engineering and Project Engineering teams while collaborating closely with internal departments as well as external manufacturing and supply partners. The role focuses on implementing effective design strategies and processes while ensuring projects stay aligned with timelines, budgets, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
� Lead and develop the engineering design team to ensure high performance and productivity
📐 Develop and implement scalable design strategies and engineering processes
📊 Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project success
🧠Drive innovation in manufacturability, including work with drawings and bills of material
🛠️ Provide technical leadership and resolve complex engineering design challenges
📢 Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to senior leadership
✅ Requirements
🔹 8+ years of experience in engineering design of manufacturing, industrial, or processing equipment.
🔹 3+ years of leadership or management experience
🔹 3+ years of experience with CAD software (preferably AutoCAD or Inventor)
🔹 Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
