Main responsibilities:

You will be purchasing retail store production and display equipment to support 2,200 store locations and providing administrative support to Division Construction and Maintenance department staff. High volume, interesting and exciting position. No two days are alike. Fun work share culture promoted.  

This is a hybrid position currently in office Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays. (Office Days are subject to change based on Corporate Determination)

The position will be based in Phoenix AZ.   

  • Support assigned Division/Banner
  • Research equipment requests for correct model/ requirements.
  • Issue Purchase Orders.
  • Confirm product ETA
  • Confirm receipt of equipment.
  • Work with the account payables team on invoice discrepancies.  
  • Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports.
  • Update information and reports in Apps.  
  • Checks information for accuracy.
  • Prepares and balances data.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by manager. 

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel,
  • Ability to quickly learn Software.  
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving.  
  • Friendly, Coachable, Reliable, Punctual
  • We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
    • Prefer 3-5 years of business experience  
    • Educational requirements, some college a plus
    • Travel Requirements -none
