Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15+ years of experience in IT Services and Consulting environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing large-scale technology engagements, driving customer success, leading delivery teams, and growing strategic accounts through account mining and business development activities.

The candidate should have prior experience working with Retail or Semiconductor clients and possess the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and ensure successful delivery of complex IT programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of IT services, projects, and managed service engagements.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for delivery and operational excellence.
  • Drive account growth through account mining, cross-selling, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients.
  • Lead delivery teams comprising project managers, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and leadership teams to support proposals, solutioning, and business development initiatives.
  • Conduct executive-level governance meetings, QBRs, and steering committee reviews with customers.
  • Monitor project financials, revenue, margins, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
  • Manage risks, escalations, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, or Digital Transformation organizations.
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Account Manager.
  • Strong background in managing enterprise clients and large-scale IT programs.
  • Experience working with Retail or Semiconductor industry customers.
  • Demonstrated success in account mining, account expansion, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of application development, cloud, infrastructure, ERP, data, or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts and strategic customer engagements.

Must-Have Screening Criteria

  1. 15+ years of experience in an IT Services/Consulting company (Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, HCL, LTIMindtree, Tech Mahindra, UST, etc.).
  2. Strong Account Mining and Account Growth experience with measurable revenue impact.
  3. Retail or Semiconductor domain exposure.
  4. Managed large enterprise accounts ($5M+ engagements preferred).
  5. Client-facing leadership experience with executive stakeholders.
