Our client is hiring Logistics Specialist I / Data Center Inventory Technicians to support critical warehouse and inventory operations inside a large-scale data center environment.
These include round-the clock operations with day shifts and night shifts:
Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 6:15 PM
Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM
Rotation: 3 days on / 4 days off, then 4 days on / 3 days off
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support data center build and repair operations
- Receive, process, store, and issue parts to technicians and engineers
- Track all inventory movement accurately using internal systems and documentation
- Load, unload, and transport shipments and materials between onsite locations
- Support reverse logistics processes, including returns and defective parts handling
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in both warehouse and office settings
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to an operational excellence culture
Basic Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Willingness to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs independently and participate in team lifts of 50+ lbs
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in noisy environments and varying temperatures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management or warehouse systems
- Understanding of inventory control and logistics processes
- Familiarity with reverse logistics
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability
- Commitment to safety and consistent performance in a fast-paced environment
The hourly rate for this position is $15.00 to $17.84/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
