Job Description:
As a Data Center Technician, you will serve as a primary resolver for the support team, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will support and share knowledge of relevant technologies with team members while working both independently and collaboratively. This role requires basic to intermediate system administration skills and a strong understanding of server hardware. Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to follow direction are essential for success in this position.
